Automotive Shop Manager Benefits:

Automotive Shop Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall day to day operations.
- Coordinate, direct and oversee shop personnel.
- Handle phones and set appointments.
- Check in customers and note customers concerns.
- Make estimates and sales.
- Assign work.
- Order Parts.
- Quality control.
- Customer follow up.
- Creating and maintaining customer base
- End of day reporting and weekly payroll calculation

We require:
- 5 years min. experience running a multi-bay Full Service Automotive Center.
- Verifiable work history with references.
- Proven track record of sales and performance.
- Able to adapt to established polices and procedures.
- Honest, dependable, self -motivated, ability to communicate effectively with customers.

- 5 years minimum experience running a multi-bay Full Service Automotive Center.
- Verifiable work history with references.
- Proven track record of sales and performance.
- Able to adapt to established polices and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
