The Overhead Door Company of Yakima, a division of Authority Dock and Door, has been the market leader in residential and commercial garage doors, high-speed doors, and large commercial doors in the Yakima area since 1967.

We’re looking for someone with door installation or strong construction experience. Estimating experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person!

This is a full time position with starting annual salary of $45,000-$50,000. Our hours of operation Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; medical benefits and retirement plan offered. Successful completion of substance test and a background check are mandatory.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quote estimates using computer software and pricing tools
• Look at drawings and create door quotes from new construction documents
• Perform measurements at job sites
• Ensure estimates meet code, customer expectations and project specifications
• Perform job walks and inspections prior to installation
• Interact regularly with customers, handle customer inquiries

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Commercial or Residential Door: 2 Years preferred
