Summary/Objective
The IT App Support Analyst will be responsible for providing application support for our home developed applications. The role is expected to have a deep dive understanding of the applications and will be supporting the day to day operations for our end users. The role includes Tier 1 application support and maintenance, understanding deployment/hot fix changes, understanding code defects, and ability to escalate to Tier 2 and 3 support. The technician’s goals are to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and upheld.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel up to 10% annually
Education and Experience
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Must be able to lift approximately 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and reach. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic
