Auto Warehousing Company is looking to hire a Benefits Manager for our corporate office. This position comes with a great salary, amazing benefits and a wonderful family environment. The schedule for this position would be a hybrid one- so part at home, part at the office & part remote for traveling purposes. This position can be based either at our Regional Office in Dearborn MI OR our Corporate Office in Tacoma WA.
The Benefits Manager serves as the subject matter expert on U.S. and Canadian benefit programs. The Benefits Manager delivers benefit-related education and training to associates and management; identifies and deploys automation, continuous process improvements, and cost savings; and ensures compliance with company policies and federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. This individual partners with internal and external partners to administer benefit programs and compliance requirements across multiple U.S. states and Canada, for union and non-union groups.
