Hi, my name is Doug Rogers, I own and operate Autohaus, an independent auto repair facility that has been a fixture on the Raleigh scene for 19 years.

As I read through many of the very same job descriptions that you are reading, I was beyond bored to tears. Blah, blah, “trendy buzzword”, blah, blah “corporatespeak”, blah, blah “excellent opportunity”, blah, blah, YUK.

So, let’s cut to the chase, eh? If you reply, we will assume that you have had at least 1 years experience,(but 3 might be better?) as a Service Advisor in an auto repair shop. Dealership, or Independent, it doesn’t matter. We will assume that you are trainable on our proven systems that assure outstanding outcomes for both our clients and the shop.

You can assume that we pay VERY well for not only performance, but ultimate outcomes, because we have a “no unhappy client” policy.

I want to share with you that when our company goals for 2022 were made, they were made with the input of every, single staff member. What THEY said was possible. THEIR hopes and dreams.

I am very confident that the goal will be met, because when we do? The eventual hire for this position will be joining the rest of his/her teammates for a bonus paid week off between Christmas and New Years, when we close our shop to CELEBRATE!!

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
