Responsible for performing body repair work on County Vehicles.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Paints and performs all body repair work on County owned vehicles.
Installs window glass when applicable.
Performs light welding as necessary.
Assists in making mechanical repairs on County owned vehicles.
Checks vehicles for proper working condition.
Assists in performing preventative maintenance on County owned vehicles.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other related duties as required.
Completion of vocational school coursework in automotive body repair or considerable experience in the performance of automotive body repair work; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Must furnish own tools.
Must possess or be able to immediately obtain a valid Arkansas Driver’s license.
