- Maintain complete and accurate customer records digitally
- Prepare and email daily business in spreadsheets
- Collect data / update monthly revenue & loss reports in Excel
- Analyze spreadsheets for trends and convey results
- Prepare and process EOM commissions and rebate checks
- Answer inbound calls for Dealer / Agent inquiries
- Requirements
- Skilled in all aspects of Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work with PDF files
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills for interacting with the Sales force and customer base
- Speed with accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional appearance
- Automotive Industry Background a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.78 – $23.00 per hour
