Summary: The HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for all HR related issues, concerns and questions from employees, managers, and HR team members across the organization. This role will execute the delivery of HR policies and processes supporting the entire employment life cycle with a high level of customer service.

Planning/Organizing- Prioritizes and plans work activities independently; Uses time efficiently and is proactive to anticipate upcoming projects and cyclical events involving Payroll
Quality/Quantity- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality. Meets productivity standards and completes work in timely manner.
Safety and Security- Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines.

Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s degree required.1-2 years related experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or Administrative Support. Knowledge of basic U.S. employment law preferred.
Language Skills- Ability to read and write business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk or sit, occasionally for long periods of time; use hands to hold, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk or listen. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (seek assistance for greater amounts). Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Typical office setting with climate-controlled temperature, light, humidity and minimal noise. Typical factory floor setting with increased noise, heat, light and humidity than an office setting which could require the use of personal protection equipment such as safety glasses, non-slip shoes and / or hearing protection. Employees may be exposed to hazardous materials. Employees need to consult SDS in their work area. Travel up to 20%.
