Excellent opportunity for an HR professional growing their career, with at least 3-5+ years of experience and a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or highly related to support and grow our HR department. Position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Position Summary:
Provide broad HR related services to Minnesota and Iowa sites in coordination with management and administrative staff, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Focus will be on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, payroll support, employee presentations, policy development, company communications, and HR administrative functions.
