AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about the employee experience and finding and engagement top talent. You should apply for this role if you are looking to be a lynchpin for three teams that are crucial to the success of our business: People Team, Talent Acquisition, and Operations. As our HR Generalist, you will support the employee experience through onboarding, recruitment, People programs, office management and culture, and employee relations.
What your day to day will look like:
Provide excellent customer service by answering requests and inquiries from our North America colleagues.
Be the face of the People Team for new hire’s and drive an engaging and comprehensive experience for all new AvePoint-ers.
Champion a stellar office culture including planning employee engagement, philanthropy, and wellness events.
Support the full employee lifecycle from new hire experience to offboarding.
Administrator employee perks and programs.
Recruit on Richmond-based sales and tech roles.
Ensure office logistics run seamlessly including keeping office supplies and snacks stocked, analyzing office expenses, and overseeing the maintenance of the office space.
What you will bring to our team and feel valued for:
3 – 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
University degree required
Curiosity and entry level understanding about the current talent market and industry best practices related building employee experience.
Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and change; ability to roll up sleeves to get things done.
Highly organized, able to problem solve, set priorities and diligently execute on commitments.
Empathetic listening skills and the ability to develop credible and trusting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
