Job Summary
The Hepatology Clinic Registered Nurse provides for the delivery of professional nursing care, and has responsibility for coordinating clinical aspects of the hepatology patient care.
Participates as a member of an interdisciplinary hepatology and transplant team, working with patients and their families.
Provides care in a compassionate and tactful manner in order to achieve excellence and continuity inpatient care.
As a Registered Nurse in the Hepatology/Liver Disease clinic, you will provide care to patients who suffer from liver cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, hepatitis C and liver cancer.
An RN in this role assesses, triages, and provides nursing consultation, health education and performs follow-up and care coordination during face-to-face encounters or using telecommunications technologies during encounters.

Liver Carcinoma
Education and/or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification /Registration
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Work Schedule
8:00am-5:00pm; 64hrs/2wks

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
