We have an immediate opening for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy.
Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities may include:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
• Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
• Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule

Experience in hospitality industry helpful. Compensation based on experience, competitive benefits including medical/dental, 401k, vacation/PTO.
