The Sales and Marketing Coordinator, PTNA (Performance Tapes North America) reports to the Director of Marketing and provides support services to the Marketing, Sales and Finance in the Performance Tapes Group. The individual performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Flexible hours with the potential to work from home for the right candidate.

In this important role you will be responsible for:

• Assist with administrative duties on Marketing communications, campaign management, website activities and within sales and marketing systems such as Salesforce.com contact management, data cleansing and pricing administration.
• Maintain general and highly confidential documentation and files on a daily basis.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of sales training and support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
• Prepare special reports; gather, summarize, and analyze data including market research, customer questionnaires and customer open order tracking.
• Assist or lead key processes, campaigns, or projects within the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Research a wide variety of complex information requests independently including competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product management sales and finance) to adhere to deadlines.
• Plan and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
• All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree or related higher education preferred.
• 0-3 years marketing, customer service, or administrative experience preferably supporting multiple departments or directors.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems – Proficient in Google Platform, Microsoft Office and function specific software
• Strong research, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Skilled in data compilation and analysis.
• Strong time-management and project management skills.
