BDR (Medical Group)
Objectives: Leverage your high impact communication skills to create high quality relationships between our medical group and other health providers and referral sources.
About you: Your passion, self-starting capabilities, and entrepreneurial nature are evident from first impression onwards. You complete what you start and are exceptionally detail oriented. Your definition of completion includes engaging with our internal team and those at referral sources to create high functioning, trust-based relationships.
About us: We’re highly skilled physicians seeking to save lives, enhance the time our patients have with their loved ones, and leverage all that we do and are for the benefit of providers and referral sources that we can serve at an exceptionally high level. We’re growing, and expect to double our provider base in the next twelve months as we see a high level of need in the local market for what we are able to provide.
Skills required for Success:
- Strong, professional communication skills
- Ability and desire to become familiar with certain medical terminology
- Can represent a medical group with highly trained physicians seeking to build high quality relationships
- Persistent, but professional follow-up skills that do not let opportunities go cold or stale
Practical Expectations:
- Engage with referral sources to establish face to face and/or virtual meetings
- You will fill all available hours / slots with qualified appointments that are confirmed and send materials in advance
- You will use ensure we stay top-of-mind until our work with referral sources has cemented patient flow
- You will record all of your activity in HubSpot, our CRM tool, and will do so in real time

- Well spoken, articulate expression via phone, chat and virtual meetings
- High level of enthusiasm and passion for bringing health providers together to form strong relationships
- Intense focus on follow-up, follow-through, and task completion.
- Honesty and complete transparency is a zero-tolerance issue (for anyone in our group)
- You’re looking for a role that lets you grow as you accumulate knowledge and skill without a ceiling
