Full Job Description
- Mission:
- Create, develop and further develop existing and new (innovative) online and mobile concepts and designs (interaction and visual design) based on customer needs, customer experience and purpose of the Tribe to create an excellent customer experience on digital touch points.
- Tasks & responsibilities:
- Developing concepts and designs (interaction and visual design) for an excellent customer experience
- Testing and testing concepts and designs (usability lab)
- Development of customer journeys, personas, prototypes, wireframes, visual designs, mock-ups, artist impressions, flow charts, proof of concepts, presentations, demonstrations and specifications
- Supervising the realization and implementation of designs
- Tuning, reviewing and coordinating designs for optimum quality, consistency and efficiency
- Recruit, select and develop design talents
- Knowledge & experience:
- A design course at least at bachelor level
- Demonstrable experience in a comparable discipline, where design work is demonstrably realized, aimed at consumers, with significant reach
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Know how to select, use and develop the right tools. Experience with software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch or Sublime.
- The entire spectrum of design instruments must be able to be used autonomously and with high quality
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile design and implementation processes
- Is able to interpret qualitative (observations, interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (data, A / B testing) research and to translate this into solutions In-house specialist knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Visual design for digital, Mobile design for native apps or Design for browser based technology (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Knows the standards and principles of the current digital landscape and knows how to use them, such as: accessibility, responsive web design or omnichannel
