Responsible for directing all phases of manufacturing activities to achieve productivity goals and ensure a safe work environment, a quality product, and on-time customer service. Approves subordinate’s recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct s to next level management for review and approval. Monitors appropriate staffing levels and s on utilization and deployment of human resources. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values.QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelors degree required.
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Over 10 years of experience required.
5 to 7 years plant operations management experience required.
At least 5 years of supervisory level experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
