Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a strategic and innovative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) leader to join their team!
The Position
The HRBP will provide senior level consultation and coaching to departmental leaders in support of the organization’s vision, mission, and overall strategic plans.
Reporting to the organization’s Chief Human Resource Officer, this role will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic solutions that enhance culture and engagement in alignment with the growing organization’s needs.
The ideal candidate will employ a creative and data-driven approach to HR Leadership. They will be highly versatile and able to excel in a fast-paced, growing organization.
This position will be expected to consult with leaders regarding talent analytics, recruitment and retention, performance cycle, change management, process improvement and decision-making strategies and drive action planning to improve culture and engagement. They will also be expected to review and understand data/analytics and deliver key insights to senior leaders.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, be a subject matter expert in policies, processes and the laws of HR, and can execute plans/deliverables quickly and efficiently.
The HRBP should serve as a model team member in demonstrating what strategic HR planning looks like. Excellent organizational, influencing, interpersonal and strong critical thinking/problem solving skills are vital.
5+years’ previous experience working in an HRBP or HR Consultant type role, dealing with high stage and high-growth, matrixed organizations. Healthcare background in managed care/payor organization or provider groups is preferred, but not required.
Senior Professional in Human Resources or HRCI certification required. SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
