As a US Logistics Lead, your mission will be two folds: You will own the overall delivery experience at BackMarket and own the Back Market shipping service in the US.
YOUR MISSION: 🥇
For the Delivery Experience U.S.:
- You will own the overall Back Market pre-order delivery experience (promise and shipping fees) to optimize the Contact Rate and Conversion Rate
- You will own the overall Back Market post-order delivery experience (On Time Delivery, incident rate, tracking, notifications) and ensure continuous improvement
- You will manage cross-departmental projects to improve the different KPIs mentioned above
- You will be the main counterpart of the product team when it comes to US logistics topic
For BackShip U.S. (Back Market Shipping service):
- You will own the P&L of the service in the U.S.
- You will own the operational and commercial performance of the service
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
- You have a previous experience in E-commerce or a fast-growing company or top tier consulting firm
- You are an expert in leading and managing cross-department projects
- You are rigorous and detail-oriented
- You are fluent in English
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind, and a desire to surpass yourself;
- You are able to work independently and have drive and initiative
- You have an advanced level in Excel and a basic level in SQL
- Experience in logistics would be a plus
This position has an estimated annual base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, plus opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
