Back to Health is seeking a practice manager who is hands-on. You will be working at the front office/desk throughout the day for a minimum of 6-9 months while managing other tasks throughout the office.

We are a busy medical office with a variety of services from chiropractic to aesthetics.

Role:

Manage:

• Healthcare team – schedules and patient load, scheduling lunches, etc.
• Front desk
• Schedule for all providers.
• Setup and send patient intake forms.
• Providing consents for all patients and aesthetic clients.
• Checking of online scheduler, online request software, text messaging patients via secure software related to appts.
• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Working with insurance and billing and going over EOBs, benefits, etc with patients as necessary.
• Scanning paperwork as needed.
• Assist with ordering and inventory.
• Managing day-to-day work flow.
• Daily deposits – end of day draw and reconcile of receivables.
• Managing spreadsheets for aesthetic commissions and tips.
• Managing equipment: printers, scanning, and IT company.
• Work with providers related to patient calls related to treatments, post-treatments, diagnosis, medical notes for billing, etc.

You will not be responsible for business-side accounts payables or receivables.

• Again, this is a hands-on position at this time.
• You should be willing to learn all services and service-line details, including medical (primary care, functional medicine, weight loss), chiropractic care, aesthetics procedures, and pathology labs.

MUST be:

• friendly and open to chatting with patients throughout the day.

• able to work under pressure and multitask.
• willing to learn about all services and products, and, understand them in order to communicate with patients.
• ethical and work under healthcare regulations related to privacy, security, and keep areas sanitized throughout the day.
• reliable. You must be able to open the office every day. You will not be required to close every night.
• willing to help with all aspects of the practice. This includes cleaning.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
