TITLE: Operations Manager

LOCATION: Edina, MN (Hybrid)

STATUS: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8-5

PAY RANGE: $60,000 – $110,000 DOQ

This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee accounting functions including banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll, including review of utilization bonus and commission calculations.
• Produce weekly scorecard metrics.
• Develop operating budget and forecast, update forecast on a monthly basis.
• Manage Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Benefits administration including annual renewals, answering employee questions and preparations of 401k annual filings.
• Prepare materials for and facilitate Annual and Quarterly EOS planning sessions.
• Develop and maintain internal controls.
• Assure compliance with state registrations and taxes.
• Responsible for risk management including managing insurance coverages.
• Assist CEO with Master Service Agreements and review of vendor, contractor, and client contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee back-office functions including office and facilities management, event planning.
• Backup support for consulting department including project setups, timesheets, expense s and invoices.
• Responsibilities Broken-down:
  • 25% – Human Resources/benefits
  • 20% – Accounting
  • 15% – Risk management/state registrations/contract review
  • 15% – Back-office oversight
  • 15% – Back up to Consulting Support Manager
  • 10% – Quarterly and Annual planning sessions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business or related field.
• Five or more years of related business experience
• US Citizenship or permanent resident
• Working knowledge of IT Systems in general, understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; with an emphasis on Excel
• Self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.
• Strong organizations skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, interpersonal skills, approachable and open.
• A strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with all parts of the organization.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames.
• Ability to follow internal workflow processes.
