Full Job Description
Human Resources Manager (Industrial – Manufacturing), Janesville, WI area. Salary: $90K to $100K. Perform all HR duties for an established plant. Involves oversight of recruiting, performance management, training, onboarding & out boarding, regulatory compliance, safety, interviewing, compensation & benefits, employee relations, succession planning. Requires 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing, demonstrated understanding of complex legal issues and laws pertaining to the field of Human Resources, demonstrated experience acting as a business partner and resource to all functions of the business and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word etc.). BS/BA.
