Bailey’s Support Services, LLC Hiring for Offshore Personnel Coordinator at Lafayette, LA Full Time

Summary: Offshore Personnel Coordinator provides Customer Service through processing routine labor requests, ensuring labor meets all training and certification requirements. Maintain accurate Labor dispatch records. Will be required to work on call one week per month.

Essential Job Functions and Accountability:

• MUST be proficient in Excel.
• Maintaining day to day operations of personnel offshore including setting crew changes and new jobs
• Tracking offshore paperwork and personnel
• Ensure training compliance
• Job Responsibilities not limited to those listed above
• Assist HR Manager with new hire and training classes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with oilfield dispatching is preferred.
• ISN and DISA Experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• MUST be organized and able to prioritize quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
