Responsibilities:
Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
Prepare, process, and run payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll system
Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
Five (5) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation
Proficiency using ADP WorkForceNow / ADP Run
Previous experience preparing and processing payroll
Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
You’re an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications:
Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
