POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Communications Director will use strong B2B marketing communications skills combined with strategic marketing experience to lead the development and execution of internal and external communication activities for each of Balchem’s Human Nutrition & Health (HNH) businesses. The successful candidate will quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of all four HNH business, customers and build effective communications & digital strategy to drive the business and brands forward. The individual must combine proven experience in strategic marketing with a strong understanding of human nutrition and health industry.
The individual will lead the HNH marketing communications team and will work in partnership with sales, business development, R&D and innovation. The individual will serve as the internal expert in digital tools, trends and bring best practices in both B2B and B2C marketing communication to the HNH business. This position requires a deep understanding of B2B communications, promotion, media management, digital marketing, strategy development, new premium ingredient launch along with strong people skills.
