POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Manager oversees and supervises the concierge staff providing service, hospitality and information to our residents. This individual manages a variety of general office activities to include administration and coordination of resident services as well as acts the main communications and systems liaison. In this role you will also manage, develop, and evaluate associates through on-going performance management and timely coaching, counseling, and corrective action as necessary. General office related duties are a function of this position and experience in an office environment is a consideration.
