Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise and good judgement.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform a thorough and accurate multi point inspection that is communicated to the Service Advisor at the optimum time frame.
• Knowledge and awareness of the larger aspects of a Service Operations and how the various people, processes and tools work together.
• Knowledge and awareness of the importance of the Customer and how diagnosing, servicing, and repairing the vehicle is only part of being a Certified Automotive Technician.
