Summary

We are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our growing and dynamic private practice. The Practice Manager is instrumental in implementing the mission, goals, budget and performance standards of the practice. In this role, the Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities span across the following disciplines: financial, administrative, marketing, patient experience and personnel management.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Financial Operations: Maintains appropriate oversight of practice financial operations with direct responsibility for disbursements, financial reporting, budgeting, tax reporting and compliance, and safekeeping of practice assets. Maintains supervisory responsibility for billing, collections and information systems. Continually ensures optimal efficiency and profitability within the practice.

• Inventory tracking

• Monitors and controls practice expenditure within approved budget.

• Keeps inventory of all product and supplies.

• Daily monitoring of supplies utilization and making sure controls are in place for inventory.

• Marketing coordination: Monitors developments in the local market and provides recommendations regarding appropriate responses and strategies, and ensures implementation of planning initiatives. Has supervisory responsibility for marketing efforts.

• Employee management

• Office workflow

• Scheduling – Review daily to make sure provider schedules are filled and schedule is efficiently managed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• BA or BS in Business Administration or equivalent

• 8+ years of medical, hospitality or luxury retail management

• Experience with EMR

• Leadership Skills: Leads employees to accomplish all job objective; inspires confidence and motivation; clearly defines expectations and maintains personal effectiveness under pressure.

• Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the practice.

• Ability to analyze financial data and set revenue projections

• Work effectively with physician, staff, patients, public and external agencies

• Ability to take the initiative and exercise independent judgement and decision making consistent with culture and policies of the practice

• Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Must maintain a high attention to detail.

Compensation: $80-$90,000
