• Provides overall ownership of assigned accounts, including order management, quality concerns, billing resolution and initiating quoting and sales opportunities. Acts as the team leader for Account Managers and Customer Service.

Job Duties:

• Professional handling of incoming calls and emails related primarily, but not limited to customer order placement, expediting, price and delivery
• Assists with updating purchase orders and coordinating changes
• Provides any purchasing related assistance to the Purchasing staff
• Verifies purchase order information based on confirmation from Purchasing staff
• Assist Billing Department with Sales billings
• Initiates quoting and sales opportunities
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and client expectations
• Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Organizational Alignment:

• Reports directly to the National Sales Manager. Enlists the support of Regional Sales Managers, implementation resources, service resources and management resources as needed. Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.

Requirement:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent Presentation skills, negotiation, & prospecting skills.
• Able to build & maintain client relationships & meet sales goals.
• Bachelors or Associates degree.
