Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering organization-wide results in the following key areas: Assess, diagnose and implement organizational development interventions to support a culture of excellence; Support organization-wide innovations through effective change management principles; Establish a comprehensive strategy for the development of high performing internal talent; Mentoring and coaching leaders, and developing those skills in others; Oversee the development and delivery of engaging educational programming targeted at all levels of leadership, and individual contributors; Formulate relationships with educational partners to support mutually beneficial initiatives.
This leader must be a self-starter with demonstrated success through collaboration and teamwork, and be effective at leading multiple competing priorities and projects through formal and informal authority and influence, and strong organizational skills. They will be an excellent communicator and listener with superior written, presentation and facilitation skills. Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years’ strong organizational development and leadership subject matter expertise. A Bachelor Degree in ODL, Organizational Leadership, IO Psychology or related field is required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be certified in change management and psychometric tools such as MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for both on-site and remote work.
