We are looking an extremely talented strat developer to join the newly created AMRS Strat team building up support for trading in execution services desk.
The candidate will be helping to develop automation /infrastructure and research materials to increase the revenue around trading activities related to index/etf rebalances and trade optimizations.
The role entails:
Building out of data processing infrastructure for production and research around portfolio trading
Automation of business processes and data driven decision making
Daily interaction with the trading team
Candidate Requirements
Candidate should have a background in Computer science or Data Engineering, enjoys to code more than do PowerPoint presentations.
Familiarity with Python, Pandas, KDB, sql, Hadoop prestodb would be useful or demonstrable ability to quickly grasp it.
They should have fantastic communication skills interacting with the business and technology.
Familiarity or experience in developing large and complex yet maintainable systems, index strategies and rebalancing would be useful but not necessary.
An entrepreneurial, self-directed and curious mindset would be the ideal fit for this opportunity and environment.
