PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement Strategy:
Proactively strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency on the sales organizations efforts, as needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company
Facilitates an organization of continuous sales process improvement Collaborates closely with sales and onboarding teams to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and drives efforts to resolve
Monitors sales organizations compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments for sales
Data Analytics & Sales Revenue Optimization:
Leads the efforts to ensure the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports and/or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Drives revenue optimization across Treasury by aggregating, summarizing and analyzing data into an actionable form. Takes a tactical and analytical approach to data and pricing in order to maximize it.
Sales Training and Marketing Collaboration:
Leads a team that serves as the main point of front-line tactical, data, product marketing, and training support for the Sales team.
Oversees Treasury training team to coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
8-10 years of experience in a sales operations and/or enablement and performance role, preferably with an organization selling a service in a competitive marketplace
Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in Banking/Financial Services
Strong knowledge and understanding of Treasury cash management sales and sales operations
Extensive knowledge of Treasury Solutions products and an understanding of the client needs that drive usage of these
Comprehensive knowledge of sales management/sales process techniques and concepts
Ability to analyze large volumes of data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Experience designing and developing Business Intelligence & analytics solutions using proven or emerging technologies
Thorough knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and requirements
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
Experience in an Agile work environment a plus
