• You are obsessed with being educated on all things HR. This role is highly involved with the every day needs of our most important asset – our team! This role requires someone who is knowledgeable, direct, empathetic, and honest.

Scope of Work:

• Support all People initiatives throughout an employee’s lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, diversity, equity & inclusion, compliance, exit, and general policies.
• Participate in ensuring all hiring documentation is compliant, complete, and accurate.
• Keep up with labor laws and trends within the workplace.
• Partner with the COO to understand business needs and develop strategies to align them with HR initiatives.
• Lead and execute the implementation of the G-Suite X Gusto training and resource program.
• Participate in the recruitment of new talent as our company grows, including the development of recruiting procedures including job application, sourcing methods, hiring processes, and interview training.
• Be a key partner in the development and implementation of our performance management system utilizing our scheduling, performance management, and payroll platforms.
• Lead coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our expanding team.
• Investigate and help to implement approved health benefits programs.
• Investigate and help Improve current payroll systems.
• Support the accurate execution of payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring that incentives are correctly recorded and correctly paid out.
• Payroll, performance management, and overall people leadership.

Your key performance objectives:

• Ensure high people satisfaction – Effectively lead yourself to anticipate and be attentive to the needs of all team members and employees. Deploy best practices and processes in all aspects of operations and handle or escalate patient questions and needs with empathy, efficiency, and effective communication.
• You lead by example with a strong sense of urgency and help create professional, fun, and inclusive environment aligned to the needs of anyone at the BPS community.
• Be highly adaptable in day-to-day business operation functions, while upholding policies and procedures – this includes but is not limited to:
• Leading yourself and contributing to the team success through the human resources journey in our practice.
• Keeping the environment welcoming to team members, keeping a positive mindset, and are motivated by the success of not just yourself, but your team members and the business as a whole.

You have proven performance in:

• HR, people, and operations experience for 2-3 years in a customer service environment
• Working on a team and being a part of a team-based environment
• CRM or pipeline management is strongly preferred

Nice to have but not required:

• Customer service or hospitality background

Physical requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
• Extended periods of computer and phone usage
• Being on-site for all shifts
• Weekend availability

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
