About the position
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a part-time remote position based out of our headquarters location in Apex, NC. The anticipated need is for 20 hours per week with the potential for more as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities:

• Working very closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to understand current available positions and ideal candidate qualifications
• Making minor updates to job ads within our ATS, refreshing them regularly and managing sponsored ad campaigns on Indeed.com
• Reaching out to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and through other avenues: creating and maintaining connections with them while serving as a Brand Ambassador for our company
• Screening applicants through our super-fun applicant tracking software, Teamtailor, updating candidate profiles, and managing the candidate’s progression through our hiring stages
• Conducting phone interviews
• Scheduling manager interviews, and joining those interviews remotely in order to gain a thorough understanding of the positions and the needs of the department, and soliciting feedback from hiring managers
• Being readily available by phone, chat, and email to address candidate questions and concerns
• Communicating regularly with the HR Manager regarding recruiting efforts and promising candidates
• Coordinating with third party recruiters on referred candidates
• Notifying unqualified candidates that they were not selected for their desired position(s) and being willing to offer feedback if desired
• Performing other recruiting-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience with recruiting on at least a semi-regular basis

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred, but not required
• Experience with employer features on Indeed.com is preferred
• Tech-savvy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with other calendars and management tools

• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to switch between multiple tasks and candidate communications without forgetting to log details or mixing up candidates or positions
• Graciousness with candidates and the ability to own mistakes, even if they weren’t made by you
• Understanding of and commitment to compliant hiring practices
