Bayer Auto Group Hiring for Business Development Specialist/Sales/Social Media Marketing Job at Graham, TX Full Time

Bayer Auto Group is looking to add a qualified team member to our staff. The position holds two major focus responsibilities, social media marketing and helping build customer relations through our sales staff.

Essential Duties:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

As well as: * Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or nationally.

• Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
• Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
• Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.
• Fosters beneficial relationships with potential customers.

Skill Set: * Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design and web development.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Exhibits strong motivation to make sales.
• Is detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills.
• Is an extremely flexible and adaptable self-starter.
• Help customer with sales and F&I department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,009.00 – $99,510.00 per year
