JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Health Product Manager / Strategist III will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital products that range in size and impact within the organization. The Product Manager / Strategist III will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensures that these products are completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Serve as a thought-leader and key strategy driver for Digital Health Department
Educates and teaches both internal and external BSWH employees around Design Thinking and Customer Driven product philosophies
Works and advises across multiple departmental verticals/teams
Stay up to date on latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycle
Identifies problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective
Leads the development of the vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
Conduct market research to identify user need for new products
Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
Lead and Participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
Develops and distributes communication plans
Drives the management of scope, cost, schedule and quality of large-scale, complex and strategic products
Actively identifies and resolves issues and risk, communicating out when necessary
Works with client team to implement change management processes
Establishes external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health
Provides operational assistance for the digital team.
Informs leadership and stakeholders of key activities and makes progress reports summarizing project status, risks and required actions and timelines. Maintains and ensures accuracy of project documents and reports
Collaborate with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed

Strong written and verbal skills with ability to communicate at various levels of management
Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking towards problem solving
Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics
Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
Excellent organizational and time mgmt. skills
Experience in conflict resolution
Proven experience in project management
Solid knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
Working knowledge of business management best practices
Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
Able to develop and present detailed, actionable proposals and plans
Passion for disrupting healthcare through digital innovation
Ability to work across healthcare verticals: including Value-Based Care, Operation Efficiency and Consumerization

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION – Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
