Recruiting Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating effective and efficient recruitment efforts across a group of residential treatment centers within New Hampshire and Southern Maine. The coordinators responsibilities require critical and independent thinking skills along with superb verbal and written communication skills to support recruitment activities and ensure organizational success. Work includes coordination of administrative functions for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees including maintaining recruitment databases, conducting candidate background checks, and assisting with candidate sourcing and marketing of recruitment activities. As part of the Human Resources Team, the chosen candidate will work closely with BayMarks recruiting team, hiring managers, and new employees. The position requires the ability to travel to all assigned treatment center locations on at least a quarterly basis to become familiar with all worksites and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers. In addition, the coordinator will regularly attend both virtual and in-person hiring events throughout the recruitment region to include Job Fairs, college career days, and other recruitment events to ensure high visibility of the companys job opportunities.
