Responsibilities:
- 2+years of experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting required
- Multi-site healthcare facility experience required
- Establish relationships with staffing agencies, schools, and resources within the community
- Supports scheduler and human resource departments at several facilities
- Collaborate staffing requirements with hiring managers at the facilities
- Full cycle recruitment
- Onboard and train new HR and Staffing Coordinators
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a Nursing Center or Healthcare setting is required.
- Experience overseeing multiple healthcare facilities is essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Payroll experience required.
- Human Resource experience needed.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Full COVID vaccination, including booster, is required.
