Pay:

• $0.40 – $0.52 Cents per Mile Depending on EXP (Loaded and Empty)

Pay Scale Based on Experience:
2-3 yrs: .40 CPM
3-4 yrs: .50 CPM
5+ yrs: .60 CPM

• Average 2800-3500 Miles per week
• Breakdown, Layover Pay
• Monthly Bonus Plans can Earn You Up to An Additional .05 cpm for all the miles driven per month on top of your regular pay.

Equipment:

• 2015-13 speed Freightliner Cascadias with 523,000 miles!
• All Trucks Equipped with Refrigerators, Power Inverters, Microwaves
• Pre-Pass – I-Pass in Every Truck

Routes:

• Dry-Van Only
• Majority Drop and Hook
• No Touch Freight
• Midwest and Northwest Regional Lanes

BBG Logistics has been in business for over 3 months. We are a trucking startup company. We offer dedicated trucking solutions to our customers which allow great consistency and steady miles for our drivers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive your assigned delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
• Drive trucks weighing more than 26,000 pounds.
• A towed weight exceeding 10,000 pounds must be pulled.
• Make sure the trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor
• From origin to destination, transport goods, materials, etc.
• Pick-up loads and organizes goods logically and in order
• To prevent damage or breakage, ensure that the contents are properly secured inside of the truck
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling and unloading of goods at selected locations
• Confirm and complete deliveries with clients by obtaining signatures or warehouse scans
• Contribute to the mapping of delivery routes
• Maintain a predetermined route and ensure deliveries are made on time
• Keep dispatch informed as needed
• Confirm that the contents of each shipment load match the manifest
• Before and after each trip, inspect your vehicle
• Before leaving, check weather conditions and road reports
• Keep your vehicle clean at all times
• Vehicle maintenance and repair (refueling, oil changes, tire inflation, etc.)
• Be sure to notify managers if there is an issue with maintenance or delivery
• Observe your delivery schedule and rest when necessary
• Keeping detailed delivery and driving logs
• Keeping track of working hours and reporting them
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations
• Make safety a priority at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• A valid Class A driver’s license is required
• Preferably 2+ years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Driving record free of moving violations
• The applicant must pass a background check and a drug test
• Experienced in driving large vehicles
• Tractor-trailer maneuverability and parking
• Focused, alert, and detail-oriented
• Fit both physically and mentally
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• GPS and other routing systems proficient
• An innate sense of direction
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
• High level of composure and good stress management
