BBSI is seeking a creative, energetic, professional, and motivated individual to join a growing high-end construction Company located in San Rafael CA. The individual will have the opportunity to support initiatives within the HR department while focusing on payroll, administration, onboarding, and safety.
Duties Include :
Responsible for processing all HR transactions
Updating and ensuring accuracy of data within payroll system.
Providing a world-class new hire on-boarding experience
Completing paperwork with all new hires and maintaining current and former employee personnel files
Assist Manager with health benefits administration, managing billing and federal reporting, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and assisting with renewals and Open Enrollment.
Responsible for workers compensation, safety, and reporting of injuries
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bilingual English & Spanish a must
3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll Administration
Strong knowledge of best manufacturing practices as well as health & safety
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), internet applications and e-mail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

San Rafael, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
