The candidate will apply the law in a practical way to find commercial solutions for the clients on a broad range of data protection matters. Will involve preparing and drafting client materials such as privacy policies and notices, advisory memoranda, slides, and contractual provisions, as well as client alerts of upcoming issues of importance. Organize and manage logistics for large client projects, and interact with local counsel and regulatory authorities. Prior knowledge of data protection law or a compliance-related field of law is preferred. “This is one of the world’s largest international law firms.
