BDA Consulting Hiring for Talent Acquisition NYC Startup (Remote) at New York State Full Time

***Despite the role being remote, the preferred location of the candidate is NYC but we will accept candidates in NY, CT, NJ, PA & MA ***

We are a digital product studio that focuses on designing and developing mobile-first apps and websites for early-stage companies. Our team is young, fun, and high energy! We are looking to grow quickly and create an awesome work environment for all of our employees.

As an administration assistant with a focus on talent acquisition, you will help us find the BEST talent for our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing talent for different roles and must feel comfortable quickly pivoting from one project to the next.

Depending on your passion and skills, you will help support the team in other areas when not recruiting such as HR initiatives, social media marketing, app testing, or recruiting for one of our other companies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage different sourcing strategies and channels including your internal network, job boards, referrals, social media, and digital outreach to find qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle from job positing to hire.
• Create compelling job descriptions.
• Reach out to people you think may be right for the role.
• Interview applicants and determine if they are a good fit for the role and work environment.
• Create clear internal documentation on each position.
• Create and implement a hiring and HR process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or hiring for tech/startup companies.
• Likable, well-meaning person
• High energy and passionate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Extremely organized
• Love meeting new people!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
