Job Description BDL Heating & Cooling is a full-service HVAC company servicing both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Record vendor invoices into Quickbooks
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate accounts payable records
- Track payable due dates and pay invoices via check, ACH and online payment applying all available discounts and credits
- Maintain vendor and payables records
- Track and record costs associated with jobs for profit analysis
- Review and process employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and provide reimbursement
- Export invoices from CRM software (Service Titan) to Quickbooks and ensure proper transfer of data
- Work in collaboration with accounts receivable team to ensure proper entry of daily deposits to maintain accurate financial records
- Track credits for warranty claims and other returns. Follow-up with vendors as needed to ensure credits are received in a timely manner
- Reconcile weekly technician timesheets
- Process weekly payroll through ADP RUN and make appropriate journal entries in Quickbooks
- Track employee PTO balances
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports as needed for prevailing wage jobs
- Work with DOO to run monthly performance/incentive pay
- Work with DOO to file monthly sales tax returns through Mass Tax Connect
- Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate cash balances
Requirements:
- 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience using Quickbooks Desktop
- Experience using Service Titan (preferable)
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to pass a background check
