Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager is responsible to manage hands-on the day-to-day company’s Human resource functions including performance management, recruiting, safety, administration, training, and the legal and policy aspects of the employee relations program. The HR Manager will oversee the company’s overall administrative needs, and implement policies as needed. This position will supervise the office manager and receptionist. Work will be performed under the supervision of the Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

Qualifications
College degree in marketing, psychology or business required. Background in management, customer service and or human resources required; direct knowledge of the petroleum industry desired. Multiple language skills a plus. SPHR or SHRM-SCP Highly Desired. Any approved candidate will need to agree to a background check and drug screening.
