About the role:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our outbound sales team. You’ll be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with prospective clients. You’ll get to know our products and programs inside-out and offer prospective customers clear insight into all things QR.
What you’ll do at Beaconstac:
- Generating and qualifying a large pipeline of new enterprise leads in a defined vertical market
- Developing relationships with key decision makers at some of the worlds largest brands
- Prospecting potential customers with a focus on social selling and prospecting
- Become a product expert and use this knowledge to educate prospects on Beaconstac’s value proposition
- Deeply understand our customers, their use cases, and how Beaconstac drives business value.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
Skills you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup. A background in Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- A proactive personality and hunter mentality.
- You’re a great communicator and have great interpersonal skills.
- You’re eager to spend your days connecting with prospective customers on the phone, via email, and on social media.
- A strong sense of team and a responsibility to your peers and teammates.
- You’re comfortable being uncomfortable and ardent about figuring things out. You thrive in ambiguity and have the capacity for creative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables while working in a high-paced environment.

Compensation Range:
$50k – $65k + $25k OTE
