Bechtel Construction Services is currently seeking experienced cell tower technician foremen for our Southern California Communications Market based in Chino, CA.

Experience and Qualifications
- Responsible for multiple Leads over tower crews. Must have extensive RF and some electrical knowledge.
- Manage crews in the performance of all aspects of cell tower lines and antenna work. Includes installing squids, proper use of antenna alignment tools, installing RRUs and associated cabling.
- Ensure safety standards and requirements are adhered to by crews and others in the operational area.
- Ensure installations and crew progress meets quality and workmanship standards.
- Responsible for required paperwork and familiar with basic computer related tasks. Must ensure proper and timely job closeouts.
- Local Market carrier experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $39.00 per hour
