The Service Advisor (SA) is the link in between the customer and the technician. Thier job is to understand the customer concerns, by phone or in person. They set up appointments, create repair orders, and estimates. They communicate with the technicians the customer concerns. After the tech’s have completed their work, the SA then either completes the work order, or estimates parts and labor recommended by the tech. The SA then communicates to the customer the results, and explains the needs and recommended services. If the customer approves, then the SA orders parts and informes the tech. When all work is completed, the SA reviews the repair oder, and contacts the customer to make arrangements for customer pickup and recieves payment.
