BEEMAC LOGISTICS Hiring for Systems Analyst Job at Beaver, PA Full Time

As the Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and auditing data throughout the company. This position will also be assigned technical assignments related to the company’s ERP system. This includes working with all departments and customers to provide appropriate steps to document, track, store and update new and existing technical enhancements. Also maintain tracking and storing all company data and workflow changes. This position will report to the Manager of Strategic workflow.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Possesses strong command of SQL and SQL server tools.
• Maintains a high knowledge of Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products to include development products such as Access and Power-BI.
• Uses strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Track and resolve outstanding action items that are defined in technical project to support the company and its goals.
• Build conceptual and logical data architecture design and support an efficient way of mining such database.
• Develop, monitor, and manage data systems across our company platforms.
• Assist with integration and testing of a System of Systems.
• Support system and component owners; provide quality control and oversight.
• Analyzes current trends and provide input into how to mitigate risk.
• Communicate effectively with direct manager regarding accounts and projects.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and company staff.
• Meet defined department goals and daily KPI’s.
• Retain procedural information with note taking.
• Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Perform special assignments/projects as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime as needed.
• 1-2+ years of experience in SQL writing preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in a technical problem-solving role.
• Must be able to work independently based on periodic guidance and direction – with excellent organization, accuracy and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
