Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified independent level counselors (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Remote Outpatient Therapy team in Arizona!

Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics across multiple states. BHS encourages a collaborative culture with hands on leadership. As a provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber that share our commitment to provide high quality psychiatry and therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting remote over Tele-Health software.
- Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR – Athena I.
- Complies with agency policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time W-2 (Part-time, Independent Contract Provider options available)
Requirements
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master’s degree and Arizona licensure as LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations
- Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!

Pay:
- $65,000 Annual Salary w/ 10% Incentive Pay for W2 Employees
- $65 per Hour for Independent Contractors
