Essential Functions
The Learning and Development Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of the Training Team by providing essential support for the department’s daily operations. In addition, responsibilities include facilitating orientation and technical training for new employees  role involves developing, planning, designing, implementing, and assessing a broad spectrum of training activities that are in line with Bellco’s strategic initiatives, culture, and business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Qualification/Requirements
Education:
Post-secondary education is preferred, or equivalent knowledge, training, and experience. Formal education in adult learning methods is desirable.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience in training, facilitation, or training/instructional design is required, ideally with an emphasis on technical systems or retail banking services.
Professional skill training experience preferred, such as communication, service, conflict resolution, teamwork, or empathy.
One year retail banking experience preferred.
One year Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred.
One year experience with Articulate 360 or similar online course authoring tools preferred.
