Licensed Personal Account Manager/CSRDuties and Responsibilities: Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospectsInitiates Renewal Process for Existing clients, and discusses and creates renewal strategy with ProducerAnalyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal specifications for marketingConducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for accuracy and competitivenessReviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposalsFinalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with ProducerBinds insurance coverage and prepares binders, certificates, ID cardsInvoices policies and endorsementsReviews policies for accuracy and reviews contractsPrepares summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clientsReviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, corrects discrepancies and contacts client on receivable collectionsParticipates in the claims process as directed by management, including claim submission, follow-up and overall communicationNotifies producer and brokers of pertinent information related to client retentionMeets with clients in office as neededEngages in appropriate usage of agency management system (AMS360)Other duties as assignedRequirements:3+ years insurance service experienceValid insurance licenseHigh school education or beyondDetail orientedExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent customer services skills, including telephone and listening skillsAbility to function well in a small agency environment, must be pro-active, willing to fillin as needed, a team playerJob Type: Full-timeBenefit Conditions:
